Pre K artists have been working on colors.

First we mixed primary color paint, then we mixed primary color clay.

Students were able to create green, orange, and violet, by mixing red, blue and yellow!

Kindergarten students are also experimenting with color,

creating new colors where their hands overlap.

 

They are also learning how artists use shapes.

First Graders are creating designs using different kinds of lines.

Second Graders are collecting different kinds of textures.

Third Graders are creating designs using shapes.

Fourth Graders are creating a color wheel using just red, blue, and yellow paint.

They needed to make all secondary and intermediate colors.
