Early Childhood Music

 

Our early childhood students have been busy in music classes this week.  We are preparing for our 

May Crowning prayer service honoring our Blessed Mother (and praying for our own mothers).  Moms we hope you can join us on Friday, May 6th!

In addition to preparing for our special prayer service, we are having lots of fun singing,

dancing, chanting and playing instruments!

Nursery 2

My Lady Wind is a simple song that focuses on common major key tonal patterns. 

 The Nursery 2 class had fun moving with the canopy scarf while singing the song. 

PreK

The pre-k students love playing the boom whackers!

Kindergarten

This week our kindergarten students were introduced to the "musical alphabet" which they are using to create their own 4 beat tonal patterns.  They are then able to play the pattern on the iPad using the PsP Bells app from Preschool Prodigies.
