Early Childhood Music

 

May is here. Spring has sprung and we are in the home stretch of our school year! In our early childhood music classes we have been busy preparing for our year end celebration with songs about family.  We are so pleased that so many of your were able to join us to celebrate our families and the end of the school year.  The children did a terrific job with their presentation and song!

It has been my pleasure to share the gift of music with your child this school year. Thank you for being a part of our Holy Child family.  I hope you all have a wonderful, fun, safe summer!  We'll see you in September!

The Eighth Graders left their names in chalk on the patio this week.

Early Childhood Music

 

 The early childhood students spent the last few weeks preparing for the May Crowning Prayer Service attended by the whole school and many of our moms.  

The children did a fantastic job singing Gentle Woman!

        Nursery 3 

Our Nursery 3 students have been singing the song Inanay  throughout the day.  You may have heard your child singing it at home.  It is a song that comes from Aboriginal people of Australia.

The children loved singing the song and dancing along with it.  You can sing and dance along with them here.

First Tee Golf

 

What a great week! Coach Madison from First tee Golf gave private golf lessons to grades 4 through 7 and we had a blast. Learning new skills that many of our students had not experienced was exciting and I feel sparked some new interests!
